I AM BUYING A GIFT AND SENDING IT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT.  CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE WITH MY ORDER?
Absolutely!  I will leave out the packing slip and include a handwritten note for you.  Just write the message you’d like sent with your gift in the “Order Notes” box during checkout.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In most cases, orders ship out 1-3 business days after they are received.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

His Paintbrush uses USPS and ships both Priority and First Class.  Shipping method is determined by weight and zip code.  Under current circumstances, all carriers are taking longer than usual to deliver, so we are unable to guarantee delivery times once an order ships out. If you are purchasing gifts, please be sure to plan accordingly and allow plenty of time to receive your order in advance of when you will need it.   For your convenience, tracking information will be sent to you once your order is complete.

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

His Paintbrush ships throughout the U.S. and Canada only.

HOW DO PRINTS ARRIVE?

Depending on the print, they are mailed either flat or rolled and arrive ready to be matted and framed.  For prints shipped in a tube, please remove carefully!

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want you to be really happy with your purchase!  His Paintbrush offers a full refund if you are not satisfied with your order but return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.  Additionally, purchase must be returned in the original condition and packaging within 14 days.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We take extreme care in packaging every order, but accidents happen along the way between our hands and yours.  If your order arrives less than perfect, please send photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging to [email protected], along with your order number, and we will replace the damaged piece(s) at no charge.

IS MICHELE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK AT OUR EVENT?

Maybe!  Due to my schedule, I am not able to accept as many speaking engagements at this time but would still love to discuss the possibility with you!  Just fill out the Contact form and include the details of your event to start a conversation.

DOES MICHELE TAKE CUSTOM PAINTING ORDERS?

Unfortunately, I am currently not taking on any commission work.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A PRINT MADE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes, it is possible, but to be upfront, having a single print made is costly.  If interested, please fill out the Contact form explaining what painting and size you are looking for to get a quote.

All prints and notecards are printed here in the U.S.A. using high-quality presses and stock.
