The Beautiful You
Michele boldly speaks to young girls as well as women of all ages whose self esteem and self worth have been marred by the media, peer pressure and circumstances which all speak to the ‘imperfect you’. She empowers women by pointing out how they get to choose how they see themselves…not those around them. Believing that wearing uniqueness proudly becomes the essence of beauty, Michele’s example opens their minds to the beauty of uniqueness and challenges them to live out loud in who God made them to be.

Be Inspired
As with most things in life, there are more to Michele’s paintings than meets the eye; there are the journeys it took to create them. Facing some of her highest highs and lowest lows, Michele’s experiences have made her ever aware of her abilities vs. God’s. Those gifted as artists as well as the creatively challenged will be inspired by Michele’s story that took her work from the garbage to the museum.

The Potential Inside
Fully aware that today her mother would likely be given the option to abort her life due to physical deformity, Michele is an advocate for life. Giving a voice to the unborn – both the perfect and the imperfect – she encourages mothers to value the life inside them and give thought to the purpose and potential of that one life.

A Mother’s Impact
While sharing her testimony with young moms, Michele highlights the power of her mother’s influence, wisdom and prayers which had a profound impact in shaping Michele’s childhood as well as the woman she is today. From the perspective of a child, her story brings awareness and inspiration to mom’s of the calling they have been given.

The Journey of Redemption
When God gave Michele the initial vision for her painting “Redemption” she never imagined it would take years to fulfill. She shares step by step the journey that God allowed her to go through while working on this piece and shares the powerful lessons she learned along the way. Others will be inspired and challenged to believe for that which seems hopeless in their own lives.

Beyond Who I Am
Despite being born in a body that challenges her abilities, Michele is living a life above not only what she could have hoped, but beyond what her MRIs say is possible. Through her story, Michele challenges others to believe for that which is beyond their own abilities and dreams knowing that God will do whatever it takes to match who we are with what He has called us to…regardless of the obstacles.

The Perspective of Thanksgiving
Sharing some of the most challenging seasons of her life, Michele is quick to point out her incredible thankfulness for each of them as she has watched God use those times for her good. Her example shows how difficult circumstances do not need to change in order to be thankful.
Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. Habakkuk 3:17 – 18
